Aldo is passionate about honoring the authentic flavors of our cherished traditions while adding a touch of creativity and curiosity. His creation, the Maso Pretzhof tartare, elevates the concept of a mere appetizer by combining mushrooms, marinated egg yolk, homemade brioches, and butter infused with delicate herbs.

Real wine jewels
Our wine list is a small treasure with a big heart. The bottles we serve to our guests are the result of a selection of original and authentic wineries and winemakers, concentrated mostly in the South Tyrol area and all along the Alpine region. Champagne cannot be missing either, and it also comes from a small company that works with great passion. Vives!
